• The $100.00 registration fee is non-refundable.
• Costs for Theory course materials, practical kit materials, identification card and apron are non-refundable 7 days after signing the enrollment agreement.
• There is a $25.00/week late fee for all late tuition payments. Students who are more than 2 weeks late on their payments may be subject to termination.
• There is a withdrawal fee of $150.00 and will be deducted from any pro-rated refund amount.
• Non-Institution Charges - The Board of Cosmetology requires a $45 application fee to register for the written and practical exams. South Carolina Board requires that the student take and pass a written and a practicalexam to become licensed. The fee for the written exam is $66. The fee for the practical exam is $56.
• Extra Institutional Charges (Overtime/Make-up Hours) - If the period of enrollment is exceeded, an additional fee of $25 per hour will be charged for all hours clocked after the contracted course end date. All monies/payments made specifically for extra-instructional charges (overtime/make-up hours) paid to Riches Beauty Academy prior to the contracted course end date are refundable if the student terminations prior to the completion of the program.
